I stedet for \u00e5 l\u00f8pe og gj\u00f8re push-ups, forbedrer han sine ferdigheter gjennom mangfoldige \u00f8velser med rebounderen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cJeg bruker rebounderen mest til pasninger, f\u00f8rsteber\u00f8ringer og andre omr\u00e5der av ballkontroll. Noen ganger bruker jeg den ogs\u00e5 som frispark-mur, slik at jeg kan trene p\u00e5 frispark.\u201d<\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Fordelen med \u00e5 kunne trene p\u00e5 egenh\u00e5nd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det Marcus liker best ved m-station er allsidigheten den gir. Du trenger ikke v\u00e6re avhengig av andre personer som kan trene med deg, men hvis andre spillere vil v\u00e6re med, blir det desto morsommere.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cMed m-station kan du spille alene. Det er som \u00e5 ha en venn \u00e5 spille med. Men rebounderen er ogs\u00e5 morsom \u00e5 bruke sammen med andre spillere. Han f\u00f8ler seg mer selvsikker b\u00e5de p\u00e5 trenings\u00f8kter og i obligatoriske kamper.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201c[Trening med m-station] har gitt meg mer selvtillit n\u00e5r jeg sender og mottar pasninger. Jeg blir stadig bedre til \u00e5 motta ballen, uansett hvor vanskelig det er \u00e5 f\u00e5 kontroll p\u00e5 den. Min presisjon og evne til \u00e5 bevege meg og reagere raskt forbedrer seg ogs\u00e5 stadig.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Marcus anbefaler m-station til vinterbruk.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0<em>\u201cMin ballkontroll blir bedre og bedre.
