Disse trenings\u00f8ktene involverer \u00f8velser som stabiliserer ankel og kne, samt noen generelle kjerne\u00f8velser.<\/p>\n<h2>Bruk av m-station som et verkt\u00f8y for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re restitusjons\u00f8kter interessante<\/h2>\n<p>If\u00f8lge Stijn b\u00f8r det fokuseres p\u00e5 restitusjon i den f\u00f8rste trenings\u00f8kten etter en kamp. Det finnes kjedelige m\u00e5ter \u00e5 jobbe med restitusjon p\u00e5, og det finnes morsomme m\u00e5ter.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8211; Vi anser dagen etter en kamp som den ideelle tiden for aktiv restitusjon. Dette kan oppn\u00e5s gjennom aerobic-aktivitet med lav intensitet, som jogging eller sykling\/spinning.
