Track & Trace

When you have completed a purchase with muninsports.com you will receive an email order confirmation. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from the shipping company with the tracking number of your package. They will keep you updated on your order, whenever necessary. You will receive an email, if there are any changes in your purchase or delivery date.

You don’t have to be at home, when your delivery arrives. You can leave a note on your front door, stating that you authorise the shipping company to leave the package on the doorstep. REMEMBER to write your tracking number on the note and sign it. You can download an authorisation form (PDF) here

Extended Returns Policy for the Christmas Season

We’ve decided to extend the deadline for returning Christmas gifts. This means that any purchases made from muninsports.com during the period 1st november – 24th december 2022 can be returned for refund right up until 31st January 2023.

If you want to return a gift purchased online at muninsports.com, you have the option of returning or exchanging it. In order to exchange it, you must have the original receipt and the product must be returned unused and in the same condition, in which you received it.
