Part 5 is the legs of the back frame. You need this part for each side of the m-station. Because each side are identical, you don’t need to worry about which side you need a replacement for.

How to assemble Part 5?
The back frame bars are mounted on the back frame phone holder bar using short screws. View the video manual or check chapter 3 & 4 in the assembly manual.
