+ HOW DO I SHOP ON MUNINSPORTS.COM?
Find the product you need and press the “BUY” button. The product will then be placed in your shopping cart, which you will find at the top right corner of www.muninsports.com.
When you want to pay, press “Shopping Cart” in the upper right-hand corner, and then enter your billing address. If you want the product to be delivered to a different address from your billing address, then tick the box with the text “Send to a different address from my billing address”, and then enter your delivery address.
+ DO I NEED TO REGISTER AS A CUSTOMER?
No. On muninsports.com you do NOT have to register as a customer. You just need to submit your information to us in connection with your purchase. But it is a good idea to sign up for our newsletter for updates on product news, training videos and other football-related news.
+ HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
Payment on muninsports.com is with credit card and is entirely secure. You can pay with both Danish and international credit cards.
We also have a number of football clubs and associations, who can agreement with us to pay by invoice/bank transfer. For questions regarding payment, please contact us at payment@muninsports.com
+ MY ORDER WILL NOT GO THROUGH. WHAT DO I DO?
Check first whether you have entered the correct payment details. When you pay with a Dankort or another credit card, you must provide the following information:
– 16-digit card number (the total digits depends on the type of card), which is found on the front of the card
– the expiry date (embossed on the front of the card)
– card security code (three digits, printed on the reverse side of the card to the right of the magnetic strip)
If your purchase will still not go through, please contact our customer services on service@muninsports.com, and we will deal with the error together.

+ HOW DO I GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY PURCHASE?
When you have completed a purchase with muninsports.com you will receive an email order confirmation. This mail will contain a link to muninsports.com’s terms and conditions, so you can read the terms governing your purchase. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number of your package. We will keep you updated on your order, whenever necessary. You will receive an email, if there are any changes in your purchase or delivery date.
+ HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We use UPS for our deliveries from our warehouse in Denmark. Delivery times for the various countries are as follows:

- Finland: 2-4 days
- France: 2-3 days
- The Netherlands: 2 days
- Ireland: 3-5 days
- Italy: 3-5 days

+ DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME, WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?
No. You can leave a note on your front door, stating that you authorise UPS to leave the package on the doorstep. REMEMBER to write your tracking number on the note and sign it. You can download an authorisation form (PDF) here
+ HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can exercise your right of cancellation, if you return the item in the same condition as when you received it. If you wish to return an item then please contact us at service@muninsports.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when received. Once we receive the goods and approve the return, as quickly as possible we will transfer the purchase amount to your account in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act § 21 paragraphs 3 and 4. We only refund the credit card, with which you made your purchase. This is to prevent the use of stolen credit cards. Remember to include sort code and account number for any bank transfer. And remember to keep your postal receipt as proof that the product was shipped. Return of goods is at your own expense.
+ I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT. WHAT NOW?
We strive to deliver as ordered. In the event of an error, please contact delivery@muninsports.com and tell us what is wrong. Always state your name, address, telephone number, email and order number.
+ I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE A GIFT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you want to return a gift purchased online at muninsports.com, you have the option of returning or exchanging it within 30 days of receiving it. In order to exchange it, you must have the original receipt and the product must be returned unused and in the same condition, in which you received it.
The m-station Rebounders
+ What is the idea behind the m-station rebounders?
To have an excellent training tool that gives players the opportunity to developed their technical skills in a fun and efficient way.
+ What is the difference between the m-station Talent versions and m-station Academy?
The main difference is the size and, therefore, also the weight. Talent is 145 cm. x 145 cm. and weighs 49 lbs, while Academy is 200 cm. x 2o0 cm. and weighs 71 lbs. The quality, materials, and rebound effect are the same.

+ Who usually buys an m-station Talent Basic and Original?
m-station Talent Basic and Original is typically purchased by/for kids and young football players, who use it at home in the back yard.

+ Who usually buys an m-station Talent Club and Academy?
m-station Talent Club and Academy is typically purchased by football clubs and football academies using it for outfield players and goalkeepers.
You can use Academy from a greater distance compared to the m-Talent editions. This gives you additional options on the training ground.

+ Who can use the m-station?
m-station can be used by all football players at all levels from the age of 6 years and above.

+ Can m-station be moved by kids and young football players?
Yes, there is a handle on the under the front frame, which, together with the puncture-free wheels, makes it easy for children and adults to move it round.
+ How many people can use m-station at the same time?
You can use m-station alone or in groups of 3-4 players.
+ What balls can be used with m-station?
You can use all types of footballs, handballs, volleyballs and basketballs.
+ How big is the various m-station editions?
The m-station Talent editions are 55″ x 55″. The m-station Academy is 78″ x 78″.

+ How much space do you need, when you play on an m-station Talent?
m-station Talent is 2-metres deep, when it is positioned on a slope, where you can keep the ball in the air with your feet and head. In addition, the player must have an area of 1.5 – 2 metres to stand on. So 3.5 to 4 metres are fine for exercises, in which you are standing close and have the ball in the air.
If you want to make passes along the ground, you do not need as much space, because in this case m-station Talent is placed vertically, and the depth is only 120 cm. The player can easily manage with 2 metres, so that requires a total of just over 3 metres.
+ Can m-station Talent be stored?
Yes, m-station Talent is collapsible, taking up only 26 cm. x 145 cm. x 192 cm. when stored.
+ What exercises can you do with an m-station?
With m-station you can practise all your technical football skills such as passing, dribbling, turns, finishes, takedowns etc. You can find inspiration for exercises on our Training Ground.
+ Can you adjust the inclination and the ball’s exit angle on m-station?
It is extremely easy. Simply loosen a handle on each side, then adjust the inclination, before tightening the handles again.
+ Can m-station be used outside all year?
Yes. All materials have been carefully selected to withstand all types of weather.
+ Does m-station require regular maintenance?
No, it does not.
But unlike any other football rebounder you have the opportunity to tighten the net if it loses some of its tension. This video shows how to do it.
+ Can you buy spare parts if any damage occurs to m-station?
Yes. If an accident occurs, you can order spare parts for your m-station by sending an email to service@muninsports.com. Remember to attach a photo, so we can see which part you want to buy.
+ Can I tighten the net if it loses some of its tension?
Yes. This video shows how to do it.
+ What do you do, if the net on m-station Talent rips?
The net is specially designed to be hit by footballs day in and day out. If an accident occurs and a single one of the lines (either horizontal or vertical) rips, you can order a replacement here. The line is delivered ready for installation, and you will find instructions on how to install the line here.

+ Does m-station come with a guarantee?
Yes. There is a 3-year guarantee against damage not attributable to normal wear and tear. Also take a look at our terms and conditions of purchase. Make sure to check the product for any faults or defects, when it is delivered to you and if it is broken or for any other reason cannot be used, please mail us immediately on service@muninsports.com.
+ How will m-station be delivered?
It will be delivered in a single box, with all the individual parts and a manual, directly to your front door.
+ Does m-station require assembling?
Yes. There is a manual in the box, and it generally takes approx. 2 hours to assemble it.

+ What is the MuninPlay app for m-station?

+ Can MuninPlay be used on all smart phones?
MuninPlay can be used on all smart phones that run Android or iOS
+ How do you connect your smartphone to m-station?
You place it in the specially designed cradle behind the net, where it is protected and is held in place by two rubber bands.
+ Can the ball hit my smartphone when it is mounted on m-station?
No, it is well protected behind the net.
+ Do you have to connect power to m-station Talent in order to use the MuninPlay app?
No. Your smartphone just needs to be charged to run MuninPlay.
